So my laptop was in for repair and I was unable to backup my game, I realized that there was a rockstar update and that I needed to update to the latest RPH .47. After I updated to .47 my game does not load its has what appears to be a never-ending loading screen. 

WHAT IVE TRIED

-Removing/cleaning out plugins folder

-Reinstalling LSPDFR/RPH

same problem are you stuck on Loading and populating game world?

Many people say to redo your entire mods folder. I say do only half of that. And by that, i mean this:

Take out your carvariations/vehicles meta for your cars and put them in a folder.

Take out your cop car models and put them into a folder.

Delete your mods folder.

Make sure you can run rph/lspdfr on the newest update.

Put the mods folder back in.

Make sure you can run it with a mods folder.

Drop in all your cars/metas, install a new game config if needed.

Tada! Should be all good :)
