The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I had GTA V/LSPDFR on a previous hard drive after purchasing new hard drives i reinstalled GTA and it will no longer launch. GTA is no installed on my C drive rather a separate hard drive with more room. I have the updated rage hook and LSPDFR any Idea how to fix?

Is the RPH files on the same hard drive as your GTA V?

I am unable to view the log. Unless you can access it directly through the game directory in which case i haven't not been able to find.

Just to confirm, you are not seeing this file? http://prntscr.com/csqr3e

If not, this indicates RPH isn't even being reached.  The only thing I can think of is that it has to do with the separate location.  You could try putting it back onto your HD and see if it works.  I could be wrong about this.

 that file is not in my directory I have moved it to every hard drive and no luck but thank you very much for your help

This problem was fixed by download microsoft .net framework however now I am stuck on the loading screen on every launch
