The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

K so like everyone else I was forced to update gta and rage both even with rage/gta blocked it forces, anyways did both and game would never go past rage load screen so removed mods folder and reinstalled just one car mod pack "2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe (Marked/Unmarked), and 2013 Charger (Marked/Unmarked) Sheriff/FIB Pack by Captain14" and updated all of albo's mods and was able to complete my first on duty call and right after I had him transported and went to drive off I crashed is there something I'm missing? any help is appreciated?

Are you positive you updated everything properly?  If it's crashing right as PT is taking him away, there could be something conflicting from the old game and the new.
