I recently downloaded LSPDFR and the newest ragehook. I unblocked all the files and followed the instructions to download it. I have received no help yet as to why my ragehook won't load. I dragged and dropped all files into the GTA 5 directory and started the ragehook.exe. However, the only thing that pops up when I try to launch ragehook, is if I want to allow access to it. So, I'm stuck here launching ragehook over and over again in hope it will load.

Are you running it as admin?

Unfortunately, this newest version of RPH/GTA has really caused a lot of problems for people, which leads me to assume that's what is happening here.  The only thing I can really suggest is to reinstall RPH (if that doesn't work, try reinstalling LSPDFR as well) and your mods and see if there's a slim chance you missed something or made a little mistake.  Other than that, I'm not too sure.

One thing, when you downloaded GTA/LSPDFR/RPH/ETC, did you do a clean install, or did you overwrite your previous game?

It was a fresh install. I'll try to uninstall and reinstall both LSPDFR and RPH. It is most likely the new update, hopefully, they'll fix it! Thank you for your help sir.

I just uploaded a video on how to get RagePluginHook to work after the Biker DLC.  Let me know if this works for your.

This did not work for me, this option is already unticked for me and I'm not receiving a fatal error message. When I load GTA with RH it tries to load the trademark screen the exits out saying GTA has stopped working. Loading GTA on its own it work just fine but its a no go with RH. The only mods I have in there right now are RH, SH, and LSDPFR. All are up to date. I have also deleted my mods folder completely so that is not in the game either.

Sorry to hear that.  Since you don't have a mods folder, I don't know what else it could be, other than maybe you edited some files that are not in the mods folder.  Did you also try to verify the cache?
