The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Before the recent GTA update I had installed GravelRoadCop's LED lighting and it worked fine. After the update for some reason when I replaced the same files, it no longer worked. The lights in game were dull just like the original lights. I made sure all the files were in the right place and they were. I don't know if someone could help me with fixing it?

Most likely issue would be that the update has created a new location for the files being used in game, so where you're installing it to has no connection to the game.
