How to add units to TransportRegions xml?

Hello!

As I have a lot of standalone cars in my game, I'd like to add some of them to the transportregions.xml that comes with ArrestManager.  However, I'm unsure how to do this, and I don't want to mess around and break something.

TransportRegion ZoneName="East Vinewood" >
            <Driver Model="S_M_Y_COP_01" />
            <Passenger Model="S_F_Y_COP_01" />
            <Vehicle Model="POLICE4" LiveryNumber="0" ExtraNumbers="2,3,4" />
        </TransportRegion>

Do we add another <Vehicle Model> line underneath the "POLICE4" line, or do we have to add a new TransportRegion ZoneName="East Vinewood"> and then include the car?
