LCPDFR 1.1 freezes when picking up a Ped(State Trooper)

As it is mentioned in the title, when I activate LCPDFR, head to the Police Station nearby, it used to crash when entering the Station like [EFLC FATAL ERROR: Out of Memory], but I fixed it by replacing my STrooper Ped. However, it doesn't fix the freeze(not crash) when I get to the STrooper part when choosing the Ped. Should I try default ped, or is there any other options?

 

Please help me smart brains. Thx
