The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Ahh easy one.

Go to your GTA directory > Plugins > LSPDFR and fine the .ini for policeradio

In it, look for "Observation Window=true" or something along those lines.

Change "true" to "false" and you're good to go!
