could some  please  create a  1995 / 1994  caprice Police car ? with  a whelen edge? light bar And Twin Spot Lights   With All the Deck Lights added to the rear? plz i am  looking to use it for the Los Santos Sheriff DP and Blaine County  Sheriff dp

I can't remember who it was, but someone was working on a 1994/5 Chevy Caprice with an Whelen Edge, I don't know which department it was but it was a Cali one and they had to try and get the stead-burn to work.
