Since I installed LCPDFR, I can load my game, however, GTA IV crashes within a few steps, or if I take any actions (such as drawing a gun). There is no error code when it crashes, simply a screen like this:

error1.png

I have tried locating my Fusion!Enable Log in my registry, but was unable to find it! My HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion is comprised of 3 folders: GACChangeNotification, Native Images Index, and PubilsherPolicy.

I am not the computer savvy type... I know the basics, and enough to fix minor problems, but this one has stumped me. I apologize ahead of time if it's a stupid question!

I thought I might as well kill two birds with one stone of possible, my GTA IV produces an identical crash screen when starting the game. Usually I get to the part with all the Rockstar Games' disclaimers, and it will crash 80% of the time. I usually remedy this by just running the program over and over and over until it works. No one else seems to be experiencing such a problem, so I'm wondering if I could get any help with that. This only happens on start-up, if I can get in-game, there are never any crashes.

Just on a side note, my computer is decent for gaming, and it should be able to run GTA IV with quite a bit of ease. I am also running GTA IV in compatibility mode for Vista SP2 (is there a better compatibility setting?)

Edit: And thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer me! I really appreciate it!
