Does anyone where is the file to edit the MP Character for the LSPD pants? I cant seem to find it 

Assuming EUP uses the same model as the one in the heist mission, it should be located somewhere in mpheist.

Lundy's right, it's under mpheist and the specific file is lowr_diff_002_a_whi.ytd.

Thing is, no matter what I do (make it 4k etc) it ends up looking distorted and incredibly pixelated ingame, and it doesn't always match the color I give it. Only happens with this texture. Let me know if you end up more successful than I was though.

I only see the sheriff pants, I don't see an lspd pants, and if I add a lspd pants to it, it doesn't show up in game

That should be the pants texture for the LSPD outfit.

Oh, that I'm not sure. Never had a need to modify it.
