dear lspdfr community,im not sure if i wrote a similar topic before but i would like to start making my own vehicle mods in the lapd lafd fashion.only problem is i have no experience in the mod making field.i have blender and possibly z modeler 3 i dont know how to use them or know where to begin.so politely i ask can anyone here lead me in the right direction to learning how to make a car from scratch? and texturing as well.after exhausting myself looking on google and youtube and other sites i cant really find any viable useful info i need. if you can help with that id greatly appreciate that.i have a lot great ideas to bring gta 5 that i cant let go to waist. thank you. ;)

yes i have ill check it out but what about making chargers and crown vics? :)
