The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is anyone else having a problem stopping peds when holding down the E button? My rage file is showing that I am holding down the button but it is not throwing up the progress bar to stop nearby peds, they only stop when at gunpoint. I did not see another topic of a similar issue but if there is one I would love to be directed that way.
