LSPDFR Dispatch Calls - Hissing file?? [READ FOR MORE INFO]

Hey fellas, hoping someone can help here! 

I've replaced all of the files in GTAV/LSPDFR/POLICESCANNER/RESIDENT with my own (Instead of American Radio sounds, I've replaced them with Motorola and Sepura bleeps / key ups etc). They work in game i.e. when dispatch talks, or another officer radios up, however I'm more frequently than not, getting a hissing sound instead of my replaced files. I've check all other folders for the sound file but had no luck.. Is there a size limit, or length limit, and if reached, replaced with a hissing sound? I've replaced every single file in that folder, so I'd have thought it would work. It's not a sound I've heard before as it's much louder than all other LSPDFR chit chat. 

Anyone got any ideas?
