I see that under christmas2 in carvariations, police cars have <lightsettings> some cars have 0 or 1 or 2 or 13, what do the different numbers mean and do? I'm trying to see if they would change anything in the environment or on the car.

Those are the vehicle light settings that car uses, like the headlight, taillight & indicators settings & the way the coronas brightness, size & intensity.
