The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have tried multiple times to install LSPDFR+. I have watched a couple install videos. But when I unpack the RAR File, the only files that it is showing me that is in the folder is the developer folders. From what I seen on the videos, it looks like I am missing several more folders. It does not even show me a README file. Does anyone have any solution as to how I can get these files that I need? I would really like to try this mod

Just noticed, I have the same issues with Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager.

    Try updating your winrar or use 7zip which is completely superior to winrar.
