Need vehicle Modeler

hi,

On GTA IV I enjoy British police roleplay but have always wanted a command unit. I have found the pierce velocity one but it is American which would not fit with my other cars. I found some images of a vehicle which I would like to be made. I do not know how to model but if some one could make the model (with template if possible) and send me it unlocked I would add els lights to it. Could it also have the rear doors open with trainer and have interior so you can walk inside like pierce velocity has.
