problem with lcpdfr/RPH

So im not sure if the problem is caused by RPH or lcpdfr but hope so someone can help me out.

Error im getting : 

Getting error "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

1. I have disabled Eset (can't disable firewall because eset is controlling it) - didnt help at all.

2. Reinstalled everything - didn't help at all (im using all latest versions - also tried rph version 42) 

3. I have meet all requirements that RPH asking.

Any help would be appreciated.
