GTA4 won't launch after installing LCPDFR and other scripts and Plug ins!!!!

Finally got LCPDFR to work on my compy. However after installing Wouters Callouts, Bravehearts Policing scripts, and Bravehearts ANPR (yes I plugged them in, followed directions, I believe I did it right) my GTA will just go to the character loading screen, then it will start loading my save and just crash. I get error reports for both LCPDFR and GTA4. What am I doing wrong? Bravehearts policing script tells you to just unzip and drag into the GTA4 folder. The other scripts I pull out the correct files and put in my gta4 script folders!
