I'm looking for a script that can make vehicle traffic volume realistic during certain times of day. For example, it's not realistic to see Rush hour traffic at 3am. Is there a script or way to modify the volume?

With a text editor and a bit of patience you can fine-tune the traffic across the map. In OpenIV, go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and extract popcycle.dat (I personally just drag and drop it onto my desktop). You might need something like Notepad+ to edit it without messing the file up. Once you're done editing it just drag the file back from your desktop into the same location in OpenIV and fire up the game.

I saw that one, but I hesitated to download it... everyone says it breaks their game

yea I see that now you can try other traffic/ped mods on gta5-mods.com they have that should work or just do what Darkmyre said to do and edit the popcycle.dat
