I have already watch that video.. all he does is add a lightbar. I am wanting to make one from scratch. 95% of cars I find have locked models.

    You will make a Car from scratch? You mean you will building a Car completly new by yourself and than convert this to GTA5? Or will you only convert from SA or GTA4 to GTA5?
