The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

About three days ago, I had a working LSPDFR game with RAGE and some other mods, like arrest manager and traffic policer.  Then, I deleted it so I could do a clean install.  Now, RAGE won't work!  I've isolated RAGE as being the issue, but I don't know why.  I have nothing else installed and RAGE just says that "GTAVLauncher.exe failed to start"
