RPH 0.42 GAME VERSION 791 LSPDFR 0.3.1 LOADING CRASH

Featured Replies

Hi i have recently updated my gta to the latest game version so 791 and 0.42 RPH and for some reason i launch the game via Rage plugin hook and it loads up and launches the game and then on the gta loading screens its comes up with loading and populating game world etc and then says LSPD first response being loaded or is loaded and then crashes? I've been trying to fix it for a while now and cant work it out I've looked online and everything and still no fix. I would much appreciate any suggestions or help thank you

It has something to do with your mod folder.
It could be:
- update.rpf

Try to update that first, if that didn't fix the issue, try to find something else in the mod folder what's not up to date.

I also experienced that problem as well.

Did you already replace the update.rpf in the mods folder with the updated one from your Main GTAV Directory update Folder?

Well your mods folder won't work for you until you have replaced the update.rpf in the mods Folder with the new one in the update folder of your Main GTAV Directory. I even went ahead and did my x64 Folder as well. The only file I didn't have to mess with is my x64e

Start with replacing the update.rpf file first. Put the mods Folder back into your GTAV Directory, launch RPH. If it still crashes, then you will need to replace other files in the mods Folder with the updated ones. Like I said I went ahead and updated my x64 Folder as well. I don't heavily mod files with OpenIV, but once I replaced those things with the updated Files/Folders the crashing stopped.

Someone with more knowledge will be able to tell you what else to do. I can tell you for a fact that the update.rpf file in the mods Folder will need to be replaced if you haven't replaced it already. This pretty much happens every GTAV update.

OK thanks and i have replaced the Update RPF in the mods folder with the one from the update RPF folder from the gta directory and put the mods folder back in the directory and launched the game and the crashing has came back, so what your now saying is that i need to replace other files within the mod folder from the update folder? cant i just delete the mods folder altogether and put my mods in from new using open iv and just make a new mods folder?

Yes, you can always just create a new mods folder and do everything from scratch.. A lot of people have done that. Keep in mind when GTAV updates again, you might be looking at this very same problem again.. There are people out there that might know a much better method, but just remodding everything over again is an option just as well.. Mainly I will do that when I can find where the problem is in the mods folder.

No problem at all.. Like I said just remember your mods folder when the next GTAV update drops. Usually the update.rpf is always the issue for people with a mods folder because its easy to forget to update that file.. Good luck to you.
