The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Using the latest version of lspdfr.

When I get out of the vehicle I cant switch to the taser. Scroll wheel is not working.

I can only change it when im in the vehicle with tab button?

 

Scroll wheel works fine on vanilla GTA.
