RPH qui plante lors du chargement des plugins

Bonjour/Bonsoir

Je dispose d'une version légale de GTA V et je lui est installé RPH avec LSPDFR et 4 voitures moddées avec OpenIV. Tout est à jour, sauf mes drivers vidéos datant de début 2013 (AMD ayant arrêté le support de ma Radeon 4890 a cette date) et tout fonctionnait nickel jusqu'a présent, mais depuis la version 757 et encore plus la 791, après avoir tout mis a jour correctement, en lançant le jeu il plante dès qu'il charge les plugins et LSPDFR.

J'ai bien évidemment essayé sans LSPDFR et rien à faire. Jusqu'a maintenant j'ai utilisé tous les stratagèmes possibles mais sans succès (il doit en avoir sûrement d'autres)

Afin que vous puissiez éventuellement m'aider, je vous mets en pièce jointe, le fichier log de RPH

Voici ma configuration

Intel Core i5 750, 6Go de RAM, Asus P7P55D, Radeon 4890 1Go, HDD 1To, Windows 8.1 64 bits.
