I'm considering what I'll do next but leaning towards the stolen car/baby episode... or perhaps a fire one, depending on what sort of releases we get before I start filming again. ;)

This one will also be remade. Quite a bit of sloppy filming work and some dodgy editing as well but it's something for now!

I mean, it's only recently been confirmed that that new PM will go through with it, you got a few years before it actually separates, haha.
I assume one trip through Europe would be enough for a whole life, I guess, get it done while UK is still apart of the EU and it's cheap. 

Mixed feelings about that referendum, I don't believe for a second it's going to be as bad as what people said, their market didn't crash - investors just moved their money, and most of it came back after a week. Worst case scenario politicians actually have to work hard (good luck getting them to do that) and so many different trade deals are made; worst case scenario travellers going from UK to other european countries have to fill out some more paper work before they leave.

 However it's certainly not going to be as good as what the leave party was saying.

Well the only thing that I reckon would knock me back is my eye sight I can't see words from a far distance but hey glasses will fix that? I am 17 always wanted to be a cop since year4 about 2009 I am about to go for my red ps and than up here you have to waist a year before going for green so I am covered in that area ( just have to pass) the only thing I am concerned is my memory for exams.

I also have been watching Recruits and Beach cops

Would be nice if they did another season of Gold Coast cops. That was a great show.

Someone should be in progress of making a mod where you can talk to people while sitting in your car (i.e. When they are in the back) like the cops usually do. I think this would be a great addition to the game.

Yeah, game menus and text maybe with a bit of the speech recognition from VocalDispatch. It would still be a great mod if is was just menus and text though.

I think he's meaning just text based, rather than voiced.

 

I'm actually looking at doing a voiceover series alongside the response videos.  I was going to do 'lets play'/'patrol' videos but they seem to be well covered by Darkmyre. I did one, got another one that just needs uploading but was thinking recently, rather than doing them, I could do almost a series; follow the same cop/cops around, have idle chatter while they're driving around, go to jobs, etc. etc. and try to make it like a GTA:V Blue Heelers or Rush etc.  Have storylines and shit going on alongside the actual gameplay... which would be tailored slightly to accommodate it.

Does that mean your doing a patrol series with VocalDispatch?

You mean the one from the fire truck?  Happy to package it up and release it at some point soon... I'd say tonight but I'm on the couch using my phone to mess around on here and will be in bed soon (getting old sucks). Working the rest of the week but hopefully have time over the weekend. Or before work one morning if I have time.

I've actually never tried it and I'm not sure I'd be best placed to use Vocal Dispatch because I tend to use different phrases for the same thing, I suppose because I'm used to someone else being on the other end of the radio to interpret, so I might say 'need ambos out here' or 'going to need an ambulance', or 'get on to SJA for a...' (WA Ambulance service) and I don't think it'll recognise so many different things.

 

What I was more meaning was essentially writing a loose script, then recording me playing the game, then getting people to provide voiceovers for the characters... editing it all together to essentially be a TV Show akin to a poor-mans Rush or Blue Heelers.  So, would start in a station, have the main character chatting to his/her partner about the weather, get a callout (either forced secretly or randomly generated or maybe even set up through a trainer as a specific event), follow the character(s) response and talking as they drive there about the dud root he picked up last night. Arrive on scene to a domestic (for example), characters would negotiate with each other, chat, resolve the incident, move on. Voiceovers for everything there.  Obviously the gameplay would need to be adapted a bit to accommodate for this and the gameplay itself would be a whole lot slower than if it was just following a 'patrol' video thing.  

 

Characters would have backstories and the likes, so - for example - there'd be an equivalent to Lawson Blake (probably the main character), an equivalent to Brendan Joshua (who the main character might partner up with and argue with for the whole shift sometimes), etc. etc.

 

Again, sort of spitballing the idea but I think I'd enjoy putting that together more than just chattering away to an imaginary audience while playing the game.

if I wanted a jag (dig at fords choice of tail lights for FG/FGX) - I'll buy one

 

Along the way they've lost their willingness to be unique, to be our thing. Now we're stuck with nothing but European and Asian designs.
