Hey i was wondering what the thought behind or reason for modded vehicles in GTA V not being able to go as fast as real life versions of that same vehicle. is that restrictions from GTA's side or is it not possible to mod?

You need to install a different handling line for cars to have realistic speeds, brake times and all! :)

Thank you. :) Do you have any good vehicles with a custom handling line you can recommend? 

Vehicles don't come with handling lines, they follow the game's handling.meta file, so you have to change it if you want realistic stats :)

I use this one and it's a nice one, works with all updates so far :)
