Police siren and horn not working

So I noticed while going into gta v that whenever i turned the sirens on it wouldn't work the lights however still worked, i tried to then turn on the horn but that too did not work. I have realistic american sirens installed, if thats any use in trying to figure out the problem. Also just to note I already tried to reinstall gta 5 still however didnt work.

If your folder with sounds ("vehicles") has more than 15,4 or 15,6 MB, the sirens wouldn't work.
