The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey guys,

I tried searching for it, but couldn't find any answers.  Does anyone know what callout spawns the 3 motorcycles all around you?  I went through many of .ini files in my LSPDFR folder, but I couldn't find any that contained disabling this option.
