change hat slot on ped model

hi,

I have a hat for my_cop and added it however the my_cop model only has two hat slots hat 1 and hat 2 but in the wdd file there are 5 hat slots 000 001 002 003 004 and my hat is in slot 003 and therefore I cant use it because the my_cop only has 2 hat slots usiong 000 and 001. So I need a way top move my hat from 003 to 000 001 so that I can use it in game. Any help is appreciated
