Crash after tutorial

Hello.

    I just installed LCPDFR 1.1, i launched the game, it loaded, everything looked fine, i went to nearest police station, created my cop, created a partner, then i went outside, and then i pressed y (to begin tutorial, 'cause im new to LCPDFR) after tutorial, game crashed. 

there is my LCPDFR.log, can someone help me? LCPD diagnose tool.exe said that everything is installed corectly.
