Game Starts To work and Then I Get A "GAME HAS STOPPED WORKING" Error(STILL..!!!)

I Want To Ask If Anyone could Give me a solution To An issue I'm having with GTA V, I've spent a couple days trying to get my Plugin Hook and my scripthook up to snuff after the update and I'm pretty sure I have the correct versions installed into my GTAV Root Folder, SO knowing this I go to launch the game VIA The Ragehook and it starts up like it should and gets to the point where it plays the 5 stars animated loading screen and just AS it gets to this point all sound and video stops and exits out and I get this error box telling me "GTAV HAS STOPPED WORKING"....im a bit confused and lost at the moment as to what I need to do to solve this issue and I'm HOPING to avoid A COMPLETE REINSTALL OF THE GAME TO GET IT WORKING as reinstalling the game would take a DAY & 1/2 to complete because of my internet speed(DSL SUCKS BALLS, BUT ITS ALL I CAN GET FOR WHERE I LIVE ATM...LOL), so if anyone could help me and give me ANY pointers or Solutions to this please, I would AS ALWAYS greatly welcome them and  forever thankful to you all, I REALL REALLY REALLY don't want to spend my weekend off work REINTSALLING GTAV and would rather be playing IT & LSPDFR, I ABSOLUTLY LOVE this Policing mod too and with all the callout scripts I had installed I spent hours of down time playing this Game, so I kindly am asking the LCPDFR/LSPDFR Community once again if you could metaphorically lend me a helping hand please........MANY THANKS to you all

***UPDATE***

  As of a few minutes ago Ive tried uninstalling LSPDFR and ALL the mods in my Root Directory and then Starting GTAV with NO MODS, NO NOTHING and it loads up like its supposed to just fine , HOWEVER I then go to put JUST LSPDFR & THE LATEST RAGEHOOK back in like ive done soooo many times before and then go to test it out by starting the game with RAGEHOOK and AGAIN it loads up to that SAME POINT AND I STILL GET THAT "GTA HAS STOPPED" Error Box.....can somebody please help....:( MANY THANKS AGAIN GUYS
