The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

That's because they are outdated.

 

But currently you can only run Police Radio, Unlimited Callouts and LSPFR.

 

What you have to do is go to your folder of GTA 5 make a Backup of Plugins and LSPDFR.

And remove everything from GTA 5 Plugin folder Except LSPDFR, Police Radio.

 

You have to be patient untill the other Plugins are Up-to-date again
