Okay, I will dive right into my problem with this ~ I have no other plugins installed just LSPDFR and I am wondering why only very few of my keybindings work, The keybindings that I have tested and 100% know that they don't work is SHIFT - Initiate Traffic Stop - J Mute Police Siren
