I would like to know how to make my own posters and wallpapers for the safe houses and phones I want to learn how to mod and I would like some info or at least some links that has software or anything that would help me make my own mod just so I can learn how too thanks

I'm guessing you mean you want to make your own textures to replace the ones in safe houses and phones?

If so take a look at something like this

 

Also to edit textures you'll just need to know basic the basics for picture editing, easy to find tutorials on once you pick your program of preference.

ya kinda like that I just wanted to replace some pictures in trevors and franklins and micheals homes that's all do you know any programs that is easy easy enough that a cave man can do it cause I tried before and failed badly @Delta4 ?

What I do is download a a mod for which ever safehouse first so I know the location of the files in openIV then I export the textures that I want to replace inside the .YFT file place what ever picture I want over the original texture then click replace on openIV (Make sure the file name is the same as it was when you exported it) click save and hey presto you have modded posters.
