Now I know its not mine, but WafuTom's last upload was in 2010, and I highly doubt he/she would be active again.

So here's the ELS NHS (National Health Service) Liberty City Ambulance I dabbled up over the course of a few hours upstairs in an attic. When I get the chance tonight, I'm going to test it out by installing it, after furiously trying to figure out how to get ELS working. If it DOES work, however, I'm sure as hell uploading this thing.
