What do you guys use to create your normal and specular maps for peds??? I'm having issues creating good quality maps, specifically normal maps. Usually, what I end up with is a bumpy pock marked mess instead of a silky smooth map, like those found in various downloads as well as R*'s versions...I've tried using Photoshop, Paint.net, Gimp, PixPlant, Bump Generator, Sprite Illuminator, xNormal, Crazy Bump, as well as some online tools. I'm almost certain it's user error, at this point, and any assistance/advice would be most appreciated!
