Add-on vehicle doesn't spawn

I recently tried adding in a vehicle as sheriff3. I tried using various different DLCs (mpvalentines,mpchristmas2,patchday9,etc) and modified both the carvariations.dat and vehicles.meta to include sheriff3 in them.

Now when I spawn the vehicle using my trainer's spawn using vehicle name function it say it spawned but there's nothing there, it's not invisible either, it's just that nothing happens.

I suspect I'm doing something wrong, was my first time adding a vehicle instead of replacing one. I attached my carvariations.dat and vehicles.meta of the DLC I'm using.
