When I try to start GTA IV I get an game crash, application error.

Everything seems to be okay, What did I do wrong.

I run the installation of LCPD 0.91 as administrator, I launch gta iv as administrator, when I press start the game is loading my savefile ( loading: Complete ) Than the game crashes

I Don't think its a corrupt savegame, because I already deleted my savegames. And I started the game, but now it keeps loading (starting new game)

Thanks it works now, but after I respond at a crime, the graphics from the buildings are gone and the streets too, how is that possible?

And I cant load my save game, because if I press alt+P I get an application error
