I figured I might as well start a new thread because the other thread I replied to was based on a different topic.

Anyhow, my issue is that I don't know what I did but there is simply NO cops anywhere once so ever. I checked the police stations and airport, nothing. The only time there's police is when there's a wanted level on me.
