The title is the problem! I hope this is the right forum, my problem is that i have a rage plugin which acts as a framework for my other WIP plugins. However it crahses when loading with this error :

I have tried cleaning and rebuilding, does anyone know what's happening?

Not sure why you're making your Common assembly a RAGE plugin as it shouldn't have any standalone functionality. Just drop it in the main directory and reference it from your other assemblies. You don't need an entrypoint.
