Hello. 

 

Why some mods ask us to install it directly to the GTA V main folder (GTAV/plugins), other asks us to put inside LSPDFR that is inside plugins folder (GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR), and a few asks us to put it inside LSPDFR folder (GTAV/LSPDFR)....

It depends on how the modmaker zips up the files. some have it super easy so you just drap and drop one folder and it drops in whats contained inside kind of automatically, some tell you to put one file here, two files there, this file here, which is a little more difficult if you dont understand it, obviously. 

The ALPR mod you mentioned wants you to navigate to the folder you show in the screenshots, which is your main gta5 folder, and then drag and drop the 'Plugins' folder from the mods zip file (or wherever you unzipped it) directly to this main folder.

NOT ONTO the plugins folder but INTO the main folder wher ethe Plugins folder is.

So dropping it onto white space is good.

Itll then copy the files to the GTA5 folder.

Basically that ALPR mod wants its mod files in the LSPDFR folder within plugins folder like you have it

Safer chases files go into the 'LSPDFR' folder that is inside the 'Plugins' folder not the one you currently have them in but otherwise you seem to have them right sofar

1) -- Why the mods default keys 90% dont work to me? Its always other keys... check number 2
