I'm trying to install LCPDFR on XP Pro

And I get this error message:

The Application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135) Press Ok to terminate the application

What I've Tried

• Running As Admin
  
• Installing C++ and other Apps Required
  
• Redownloading LCPDFR
  
• Reinstalling GTA IV
  

Please Help :(

Should I use it? LCPDFR isn't installed

It gives the same error because they both use the same installer/unpacker

Might try making sure the Gta IV directory isn't "Read Only" untick it and try again see if that helps

The Application won't even launch with out the error

Gotcha you need to update your If you are receiving this error message, you need to install the .NET framework

I see, that's strange.

The diagnostics tool tells how much RAM you have if you click "more information" and it will tell you if everything is properly installed. You can untick "check LCPDFR" if you can't install it. That way you can see what your computer has and is trying to do if there are errors.
