I have tried different installations, reinstalled LSPDFR multiple times, it just doesnt launch at all, nothing happens.

Ragehook said that i had blocked files, it unblocked the files itself, later i tried to unblock the files manually, that didnt help either.

Launching as Adminstrator doesnt help.

Nothing works.

I'm new here and not an expert but I have experienced this problem before. When I used to click on RageHookPlugin nothing happens. I'm on Windows 8.1, using a legal steam copy. I tried almost everything before solving this issue. Here is what I did... 

* If you installed the game for the first time, make sure to run it at least once form steam before installing LCPDFR or updating RageHookPlugin.

1- Uninstall LCPDFR if it's installed.

2- Download and Install the latest version of RagePluginHook 
(RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.37.885.6928)

Drag and drop into your Grand Theft Auto directory and replace existing files.

 

3- Download / install / repair : 

- Microsoft .NET Framwork 4.6 
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010
- Microsoft C++ Redistributable for visual studio 2015
-- Download Link - From Microsoft --

3- Start RageHookPlugin and follow instructions on the screen
(It will perform a check on missing files and system requirements) 
If something is missing download it if all green follow the instructions then click on Save & Launch.

5- If the game started fine with RageHookPlugin then continue...

6- Download / Install LCPDFR 0.3.1 (Automatic/Alternative) 

7- Start the game from RageHookPlugin.

It says that the version is not supported tho.
