Lspdfr does not load in game

So  i have issue lspdfr does load in game i dont see any police stations maps in the map soo i run rage hook too as admin and rage hook and lspdfr does not load in game soo i tried unstalling gta5 and reisntalling the game i am using steam  the lastest verison 

ScriptHook V 1.0.678.1i also have this installed Albo1125.Common
