How do i make alley lights in zmodeller + map them to work

Hi Guys,

i am in need of some help in making alley lights in zmodeller for a lightbar as seen here

its the small rectangle lights under the code 3 excalibur lightbar which i have, but would appreciate the help with making the rectangle lights and having them set up as scene lights to be used with els v8
