Suspects seem to prefer shoot at me over the other NPC Officers?

Hello.

 

I noticed that, suspects from callouts seem to prefer shooting at me over the other Police A.I. I always keep distance from them and let other NPC A.I to handle the situation but the suspects seemingly still keep shooting at me even though I kept distance and covered behind the cruiser, yet the other Police A.I is too close to the suspects but suspects dont shoot at them at all unless they actively get shot by them.

 

Is it a bug or something?

I think its all about gta engine
