I have install this mods but how to use in the game and how to open vehicle Manager. I need this mods to open. i install this modes Vehicle Search - Search a suspect's vehicle!  2.1.7 it crash on me when i loading the game then it crash me and i never get use that mods. Can some help me please I am new at install mods and need it too work.
