My question is pertaingin to changing models. so lets take one like

since that was the last 1 i was looking at. it says locked now does that mean i cant tweak or change it? i have zmodelre 3 and experience with 3d modeling but before i creat form scratch i want to take an exsisting moddel and maybe change liek the light bar or acessories it has first sioo i can be confident in my skills. so my question is what makes a model changable? idk if thats the right word but yeah
