So I tried to change the textures for vehicles and peds.  The peds worked but the vehicles haven't.  They're still the absolute same.  I don't know what to do.  I just replaces the files and that should work right?  Is there something else I need to do???

So I'll add something else. So when I preview what the result SHOULD look like in OpenIV, it shows it correctly.

I also changed my Sheriff vehicle to "Sheriff's Ford F-150 SVT Raptor" and it said I needed to change the carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta so I replaced those files with what was included, just fyi.  I don't know what the fricken problem is!
